Shipping cost

For shipments to European Union countries the cost depends on the final weight of the products and the transport company. Shipping is calculated automatically by our system before completing your order. For any clarification contact us.

Estimated delivery times: 

    Europe: 2-3 business days

    United Kingdom: 2-4 business days

    United States: 3-5 business days

    Everywhere else: 3-8 business days

  • All orders are processed from Monday to Friday except Weekend and public holidays.
  • Products are shipped by air.
  • In remote and inaccessible areas the delivery time can reach up to days.
  • Hatzisleather will not be responsible for any consequences due to late delivery or loss of your parcel by the carrier.
  • Delivery of your order may be delayed during periods of extreme weather or strikes which may affect the transport and delivery of the parcels. Delivery may also be delayed if it is not possible to contact you by telephone or by e-mail, if there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to payment.


  • Once we have shipped it out, we will send you an email notification of your order status and a Tracking Number.
  • We do not take any responsibility and we are not liable for misspelled or wrong addresses that you wrote.
  • In case of not receiving your package within the specified deadlines, a research of the transporter is being performed, that lasts up to fifteen (15) days. During this period no kind of compensation or resend can take place.
  • By delivering of your order you have to check the products. You additionally have to confirm by sending us an e-mail these notifications on the same day or at the latest within a working day after the delivery of your order. Any kind of request made beyond this deadline cannot be accepted and relieves Hatzisleather of every responsibility to the customer.
  • If a product is being returned, it must be sent within two (2) days from delivery date. The return of products should be acceptable only for products which are in their original state and with their original package.
  • Additional information may be asked or demanded for the validation of your buy.
